Job Title:

Sales Leader India subcontinent -Coating Adhesive & Sealants

Summary:

•This individual should have a strategic mindset, identify emerging trends, and unearth the coating industry unmet needs.
•Ability to build/sustain relationships with top coatings companies across their R&D and marketing organizations.
•Ability to articulate and communicate the customer problems and have a resilient mindset.
•Key account Management and channel management

Responsibilities Include:

Hold and grow the existing business and create a growth pipeline to deliver sustained growth. Ability to work independently with key accounts and distributors. Deliver the key business metrics on earned growth, new product introduction, profitability, inventory forecast and hit the working capital targets. Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders. (Customers Application Development and R&D).

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

Chemical Engineer with specialization in Coatings. Around 16 ~18 years of experience in the Coatings industry. Possess good communication skills, ability to articulate opportunities using a Desirability, Feasibility and Viability framework. Should have led a business unit/segment in a coating additive company.

Preferred Qualification

Understanding of Decorative and Industrial coating formulations & ability to build customer value proposition. Proven track record of providing innovative solutions for coatings industry
