Sales Director for Coatings

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive business growth in the India subcontinent for our Coating Adhesive & Sealants business. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, ability to identify emerging trends, and build strong relationships with top coatings companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy to drive sustained business growth in the India subcontinent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Deliver key business metrics, including earned growth, new product introduction, profitability, and working capital targets.
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to drive business success.
Requirements:
- Chemical Engineer with specialization in Coatings.
- At least 16-18 years of experience in the Coatings industry.
- Proven track record of leading a business unit/segment in a coating additive company.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of Decorative and Industrial coating formulations.
- Ability to build customer value proposition.
- Proven track record of providing innovative solutions for coatings industry.
