JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB POSITION: ZONAL SALES MANAGER (West and South)

JOB LOCATION: MUMBAI

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: National Sales Head.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Drive the overall growth and business of the assigned South & West Zone by leading a team of sales managers. Ensure Company brands, products & services are promoted & highlighted in all the territories across the Zone.

Preferences:

  1. M.Sc. / Ph.D Biotechnology qualified professionals.

  2. Knowledge and working experience of critical care, ICU, Hospital business, Molecular Diagnostics Kits / Services / Devices, would be big advantages.

  3. Experience in handling multi-territory sales with large number of sales representatives.

  4. Launching and scaling up the volumes of new Diagnostics Kits.

  5. Should have been working in an established MDx company and managing the complete MDx portfolio.

  6. Credit management skills & Risk assessing capability.

  7. Knowledge of statutory regulations.

  8. Result Orientation.

  9. Leadership skills.

  10. Presentation & communications skills.

  11. STRATEGY AND BUSINESS PLANNING:

  12. Prepare budget for the region in line with companys overall objectives
  13. Prepare strategy to achieve the targeted revenues including designing and refining GTM
  14. Ensure Area wise, month wise, product wise sales & collections
  15. Ensure implement of various policies, SOP
  16. Coordinate with Operations team to ensure smooth planning and timely supplies.
  17. Establish corporate goals, short term and long-term budgets in the assigned area & develop business plans for the achievement of these goals in line with company's vision.

. Build a capable and motivated team to create a high-performance team environment. Develop sales field team through structured training and on the job coaching

. Operations Monitor actual performance vs budgeted

. Ensure Area wise, month wise, product wise sales & collections.

. Planning of dealership network in the region.

. New appointments & discontinuation of dealers

. Dealer conferences.
