Role & responsibilities

  • Representing the full spectrum of HR function for the business unit(s) and acting as the single point of contact for all their needs.
  • Working with other HR sub-functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning, International HR, etc for a better employee experience
  • Pro-actively gathering business needs and communicating the same to HR sub-functions so that deliveries can be on time and of the best possible quality
  • Proactively address business issues related to Grievance, workforce development and productivity.
  • Works with HR Head on HR strategy and ensure that HR strategies and programs are properly implemented
  • Focus efforts towards Top talent development, Improve retention and manage employee relations

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly professional in working with team members and other stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Exceptional analytical skills, and a good understanding of excel and other data analysis tools
  • Should be willing to work from office at Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon for 5 days a week
