How you will do it?

  • Managing GRN creation team for all task assigned to the team
  • Review of all GRN created and thus making sure for timely payments to vendors
  • Review of the queries routed to the business
  • Maintain/Prepare monthly progress
  • Ensure compliance to SOD and other compliance requirements
  • Support the team for specific transactions and solve operational escalations/ issues
  • Ensure that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures exists and is used
  • Recognize and communicate potential issues to management as appropriate
  • Understand and apply procure to pay processes, policies, procedures and internal control standards
  • Support operational performance reporting activities
  • Preparation of information/data for internal/ external auditors in the various audit of the financial records
  • Maintain organized filing Storage & Security of all transaction documents & suppliers contracts
  • Ensure compliance to statutory regulations, Tax requirements, Accounting Standards
  • Ensuring quality check of invoices for which GRN is created on random sampling basis
  • Ensuring all SOX controls are in place & followed by the team

What we look for

This is an Manager level position that requires the following experience:

  • 9+ years experience in PTP end to end process
  • B.com / BBA / MBA / M.Com
  • Fluent English (Verbal and written)
  • Self starter who is performance and quality oriented
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Distinctive customer orientation and interact courteously with customers
  • Flexible work style and ability to work under pressure
  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
