**Job Purpose**

Overall responsibility of Cluster Collection & Retention

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

On boarding
- Bad Debt, Overall Collections & Invol Churn as per set target.

Dunning and Involuntary churn management, Audit, NIL Usage dunning. PTP & repeat Susp.

Cost and Vendor Management - Custodian of cost and pay-out/commission process at circle, include creation of GRN and PO. Co-ordination with commercial/legal team for timely preparation of NFA / agreement. Monthly budgeting and identify cost reduction opportunity.

Audit Process - Audit and governance of Cash/Chq Receipt Book. NCP waiver deviation, Waiver Audit.

Audit and reconciliation of Test / Employee number outstanding and closure of the same. Monthly submission of ICFR data to Finance.

MIS and BO Activities - Timely and accurate submission of monthly MIS, Co -ordination with sub function - zero lag and error. Support Collection agencies and other department with daily / weekly MI & operational MI on provision, collection, Churn & waiver, cost etc. Target setting for monthly collection, Bad Debts & Churn & weekly activities. Zonal Base Preparation.
