We connect people to spaces, whether it be residential or commercial, and strive to deliver the best transaction experience. Our team comes from a highly specialized Civil Engineering - Real Estate background, giving us an in-depth knowledge of the real estate domain industry. We are located in Pune, India, and aim to change the perceptions and biases surrounding real estate.
Roles and responsibilities:
Manage post-sales customer relationships.
Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records
Gather and report customer feedback.
Maintaining Booking Customers data
Follow-up with customer for loan procedure and co-ordinate with banker
Making agreement draft and Follow-up for agreement
Line up customer’s agreement date
Raising demand letters and follow-up for payment collection
Collection from customers and making receipts
Follow-up with banker for customer disbursement
Carry out Possession procedure with customer
Implement strategies for client retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Customer service experience, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
