Marketing Manager


Qualification

- Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial role

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager who has demonstrated exceptional skills in LinkedIn marketing, Google SEO, and email marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and managing successful brands, excelling in these areas, and has been promoted to a managerial role due to their outstanding performance. Additionally, a strong background in copywriting is essential for this position. The candidate should be adept at managing and consistently producing high-quality content across various platforms.

- Someone with proven experience with LinkedIn marketing, having cracked the platform for personal or brand growth

- Someone who has demonstrated success in building brands through Google SEO

- Someone who has mastery in email marketing techniques and strategies

- Someone who has strong copywriting skills

- Experience in managing and consistently producing high-quality content

- Strategic planning and team leadership abilities

- Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills

- Proficient in managing multi-channel content distribution



Tasks & Responsibilities


Strategy Development

 - Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans

 - Set SMART goals and KPIs for all marketing activities

 - Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives


Content Management

 - Plan and execute a robust content strategy for LinkedIn, blogs, and email

 - Ensure consistent production and distribution of high-quality content

 - Oversee the content creation process to maintain quality and quantity

 - Optimize content for SEO and engagement across platforms


Stakeholder Coordination

 - Work closely with sales and product teams

 - Report progress to senior management

 - Coordinate with external agencies and partners


Performance Monitoring

 - Monitor key metrics and ROI of marketing activities

 - Use analytics tools to derive insights

 - Implement data-driven decision-making


Team Management

 - Hire, train, and manage the marketing team

 - Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

 - Foster a collaborative and creative work environment
