About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Bridge Design Engineer with a strong background in structural engineering to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the design and analysis of complex bridge structures , with particular emphasis on international projects, especially in the Middle East .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver detailed design for pre- and post-tensioned concrete bridges .
  • Execute design for cast-in-place multi-cell post-tensioned box girder bridges .
  • Support or lead projects involving segmental bridges – a significant advantage.
  • Contribute to the design and analysis of structural steel bridges (preferred).
  • Perform structural modeling and analysis using MIDAS Civil and other bridge design software.
  • Ensure compliance with international design standards such as AASHTO LRFD and Eurocodes .
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various geographies.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge design engineering.
  • Master's degree (M.Tech ) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering .
  • Proven experience with MIDAS Civil and other advanced structural analysis tools.
  • Deep understanding of AASHTO LRFD , Eurocodes , and other international standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in post-tensioned concrete systems , especially for large-span bridges.
  • Experience with segmental bridge design is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Middle East bridge design projects is a strong advantage.
