As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bridge Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. This position focuses on the design and analysis of complex bridge structures, with particular emphasis on international projects, especially in regions with unique challenges.

About the Role:

  • Design and deliver detailed pre- and post-tensioned concrete bridges, ensuring compliance with international design standards such as AASHTO LRFD and Eurocodes.
  • Develop and execute designs for cast-in-place multi-cell post-tensioned box girder bridges, leveraging expertise in advanced structural analysis tools like MIDAS Civil.
  • Support or lead segmental bridge projects – a significant advantage in this role.
  • Contribute to the design and analysis of structural steel bridges (preferred), utilizing knowledge of international standards and best practices.
  • Perform structural modeling and analysis using MIDAS Civil and other bridge design software, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various geographies, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, promoting professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge design engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • A Master's degree (M.Tech) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering, demonstrating a deep understanding of theoretical foundations and practical applications.
  • Proven experience with MIDAS Civil and other advanced structural analysis tools, showcasing expertise in software usage and data interpretation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in post-tensioned concrete systems, particularly for large-span bridges, highlighting a strong grasp of material properties and structural behavior.
  • Familiarity with Middle East bridge design projects is a strong advantage, reflecting an understanding of regional challenges and cultural nuances.
