- Support performance management & appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance & HR operations.
- Assist in training & development initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations & labor laws.
- Good communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRIS tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
