Job Description & Skills:

  • Building business relationship with architects, interior designers and real estate developers, builders and customers
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationship to grow new pool of customers through references from architects, interior designers and real estate developers
  • Interacting with architects, interior designers and real estate developers and customers, understanding their design requirements, presenting the product and design
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions
  • Ensure sales process is adhered and maintained sales pipelines capable of achieving revenue targets and future
  • Discussing and formulating quotations, monitoring pre-sale and post-sale follow up
  • Develop and close additional sales opportunities in our existing customer base
  • Ensuring that effective designs are generated and presented to clients
  • Visiting the client's site, giving proposal of design, quotation and presentation
  • Following up on clients. Collecting requisite fees and agreement amounts
  • Maintaining the decorum of the showroom at all times and help all showrooms with new additional sales
  • Grow allotted territory in revenue and market share and achieve territory Sales targets
  • Develop a Sales plan that effectively and efficiently cover all accounts within the assigned territory

Requirements:

· Should have minimum 6-12 years of experience in handling territory individually as well as with team

· Experienced in handling Premium Segment products.

· Planning and strategizing for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.

· Experienced in channel management, project sales and manpower handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
