Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Manage the full sales cycle from onboarding new clients to nurturing and renewing contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support, etc.) to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients.
Monitor client accounts to ensure project deadlines, performance metrics, and contractual obligations are met.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients on performance, insights, and recommendations for further success.
Resolve client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
Strong background in B2B sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and account management tools.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A proactive, results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong understanding of sales principles and client management best practices.
