We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, develop, and maintain our Management Information Systems. The role involves preparing and analyzing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting management with timely insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, manage, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, and presentations for management review.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reports.
  • Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain records of business information, employee data, and operational performance.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management.
  • Identify gaps in data or reporting processes and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with different teams (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, etc.) for data collection and validation.
  • Support audit requirements by providing accurate data and records.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
  • Good understanding of databases, SQL queries (basic level preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Computer Science/Statistics or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis/Reporting role.
  • Experience in ERP/HRMS/CRM systems will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹16,120.78 per month
