The MIS Executive at Best Roadways Ltd will be responsible for managing and improving the company’s Management Information System (MIS) to ensure efficient data collection, processing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Collect, process, and manage data from various sources within the company.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Regularly update and maintain databases.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and other departments.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decisions.

Prepare detailed reports on logistics operations, performance metrics, and other key indicators.

System Management:
Maintain and improve the existing MIS infrastructure.

Work with IT and other departments to integrate new software and tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MIS.

Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvements and automation.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance data collection, processing, and reporting efficiency.

Train staff on new processes and systems as needed.

Collaboration:
Coordinate with various departments to understand their data needs and requirements.

Provide support and training to team members on MIS tools and best practices.

Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless system operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role in the logistics/transportation industry.

Strong proficiency in database management, SQL, and data analysis tools.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with logistics software and ERP systems.

Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,352.99 - ₹30,357.03 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

- Performance bonus
