**ob Title**: MIS Executive**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, develop, and maintain our Management Information Systems. The role involves preparing and analyzing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting management with timely insights for decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, manage, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and presentations for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reports.
- Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.
- Maintain records of business information, employee data, and operational performance.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management.
- Identify gaps in data or reporting processes and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with different teams (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, etc.) for data collection and validation.
- Support audit requirements by providing accurate data and records.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)**:

- Good understanding of **databases, SQL queries** (basic level preferred).
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)** for reporting and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate in **Commerce/Business Administration/Computer Science/Statistics** or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis/Reporting role.
- Experience in ERP/HRMS/CRM systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,920.82 - ₹16,120.78 per month
