**Key Responsibilities**:
Collect, process, and manage data from various sources to produce accurate reports.
Create, maintain, and update MIS reports, dashboards, and databases as required.
Analyse data trends and provide insights to help improve business processes and performance.
Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure timely reporting.
Assist in the development and implementation of new reporting tools and systems.
Identify and troubleshoot issues within the MIS and suggest improvements.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and systems.
Support management with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
