**1 - Designation: MIS Executive**
**Location - **San Energy & Solution**, **Plot No. 156, Udyog Kendra-2,Ecotech-3,

**Experience**: 2-3 years
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree.
**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good communication and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily MIS operations and data entry tasks.
- Generate, update, and maintain reports in Excel and other reporting tools.
- Coordinate with field teams to gather and verify data.
- Support in preparing performance and operational reports for management.

**2 - Designation: Senior MIS Executive**
**Location - **San Energy & Solution**, **Plot No. 156, Udyog Kendra-2,Ecotech-3,
Greater Noida, Up -201306.
**Experience**: 3-6 years
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
**Skills**:

- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred).
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in process improvement.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros) and experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic business decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of data integrity and quality control.
- Experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Lead efforts to automate repetitive tasks and improve data quality and consistency across departments.
- Troubleshoot MIS-related issues, ensuring mínimal disruption in daily reporting operations.
- Document and maintain clear, detailed procedures for all MIS processes to support operational continuity and compliance.

Pay: ₹12,713.86 - ₹40,000.00 per month
