Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing prospects, and generating qualified leads to support the sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads within target industries and geographies
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels to generate interest
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation performance, and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0-1 years of experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
