Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and repeat sales.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and grievances effectively to provide timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with the sales, CRM, and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement and loyalty strategies to minimize cancellations.
  • Identify potential risk of dropouts/cancellations and proactively work to resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to track their satisfaction and future requirements.
  • Maintain customer records, reports, and retention metrics for management review.
  • Achieve retention targets and contribute to overall sales revenue.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of experience in
    Real Estate Sales / Customer Retention / CRM
    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer escalations with professionalism.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil (knowledge of other South Indian languages will be an added advantage).
  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree preferred.
