Role: Founder's Office Hustler, Strategist & Doer (Full-Time, Bengaluru - On-site)


About the Role:

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats? We're seeking a Founder's Office Strategist & Doer to join our passionate team. You'll be the founder's right hand, providing strategic support, managing day-to-day operations, and spearheading new initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, develop diverse skills, and be a key player in the growth story.


You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Strategic Support & Growth:
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships.
  • Assist with grant applications, fundraising initiatives, and business development activities.
  • Analyze data and contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans and goals.
  • Identify and experiment with new initiatives to enhance impact and reach.
  • Operations & Management:
  • Manage the co-founder's calendar, schedule appointments, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including filing, expense reports, and data management.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows.
  • Manage the hiring process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
  • Oversee employee reimbursements and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Communication & Social Media Management:
  • Become brand's voice online Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn & YouTube) for both the co-founder and the brand itself. This includes content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
  • Draft professional correspondence, emails, and presentations for the co-founder.
  • Maintain a professional phone presence and manage incoming inquiries.


You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced startup or dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Experience with research, data analysis, and creating presentations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation is a plus (think engaging posts, informative videos).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
