The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects.
Responsibilities
1. Appointment of Applicators and Dealing with builders, structural consultant and architects, PMCs, Big Contractors2. Meeting Builders and PMC for enquiry generation and converting them in sales and profits for company.3. Meeting Architect for product approvals building line waterproofing, sports flooring, resilient flooring.4. Conducting engineers, consultant meet.5. Meeting civil heads of big industries and corporate for product approvals.6. Working with flooring contractor for promotion of industrial flooring and repairs.7. Ability to build and lead team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Civil Enginering or equivalent experience in the same domain- Having minimum 5 to 7 years' experience. 1st weightage to civil diploma holder or engineer.- Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales- Candidate preferably from construction chemical industry, adhesive, paint, tiles, pipe fittings etc.
