Territory Sales Manager - TX, MT, CO


Our tier one client, a global lighting manufacturer, is seeking a high-profile Territory Sales Management professional in the Trade (C&I) Channel, to oversee a team of district sales executives, key customer relationships, and agents.

Responsibilities include managing regional business, maintaining strong distributor relationships, developing sales growth plans, managing key accounts, and providing forecasts. The role also involves motivating and managing a sales team, communicating market trends, and resolving personnel issues.

The ideal candidate should have a stable work history, proven management experience, and deep knowledge of the region's channels, and must be based in Texas, Montana, or Colorado.
