Hiring BD Manager for Mancer Consulting ServicesWork Model :

3-5 years (in Recruitment sector or HR Tech industry)

Desired Job Role :A passionate business development leader with desire to make an impact on the Top Line of the organization.Prepare & present the company's service offerings & USPs to the prospective clientsIdentifying potential customers and building potential customer database by Primary and Secondary research.Client acquisition & Building relationships, client mining & increase revenue share.Interfacing and maintaining relations with corporate clients and key decision makers, ensuring continued business in each campaign planned by the company and thereby augmenting business & profitability.Evolving market segmentation and segmentation strategies to achieve desired targets.Close new business deals by developing & negotiating contracts / Finding out right party contacts.Coordinate with the delivery team in order to deliver the client requirements on time as per their priority order.Adherence to MANCERs processes/ Liaising with other departments in the organization as and when the need arises.

Requirement :Graduate with 3-5 yrs of experience in Business Development & managing Client RelationsMust have experience in acquiring clients for Recruitment Firms or Selling HR Software or ServicesMust be willing to travel Pan India
