Position OverviewWe are seeking motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents from Chandigarh, Punjab, and Jaipur who are ready to take their sales career to an international level. This is a commission-based role offering high earning potential for candidates with a strong sales background.
If you have experience in insurance, banking, or finance sales and possess excellent client relationship skills, this is an opportunity to transition into Dubai's booming real estate market. Real estate sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell Dubai real estate projects to clients from India and overseas.
- Build and maintain a network of potential buyers through calls, meetings, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client consultations to understand investment needs and property requirements.
- Present property options, explain payment plans, and guide clients through the purchasing process.
- Collaborate with Dubai-based sales managers for lead coordination and deal closing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- 1–5 years of proven sales experience in insurance, banking, finance , or related fields (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and basic digital tools for client communication.
- Willingness to work on a commission-only basis.
- Attractive Commission: 20% of the commission provided by developers.
