Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to create engaging animations and video assets, ideally within the real estate industry. This is a remote role for candidates who will be working closely with our creative and content teams.

Your role will focus on producing scroll-stopping, brand-aligned motion content for social media, digital campaigns, and property marketing - striking the right balance between creative flair and professional standards.

  1. Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  2. Develop dynamic video content for agent branding and marketing campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  4. Bring static designs to life with engaging transitions, animations, and effects.
  5. Adapt and optimize animations for different platforms and formats.
  6. Stay updated with motion design trends while maintaining the professionalism required in real estate.
  7. Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, with a portfolio of animated social media content and marketing videos.
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for integration with animation workflows.
  • Ability to blend creativity with professionalism - animations must be eye-catching yet polished.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
