About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into bold, eye-catching visuals that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences. At Zavo, design isn’t just about making things look good — it’s about making finance feel simple, relatable, and even fun. If you can also edit videos or reels, that’s a strong plus.


Responsibilities

  • Create engaging designs for digital platforms including social media, website, ads, and email campaigns & more.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to turn concepts into high-quality visuals.
  • Develop brand-consistent graphics, illustrations, and layouts. Adapt designs to different formats and platforms (Instagram, YouTube thumbnails, presentations, etc.).
  • Stay updated with design trends and suggest fresh creative directions.
  • (Optional/Bonus) Edit short videos, reels, or motion graphics to complement campaigns.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).
  • Strong sense of typography, color, and layout. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing design work (mandatory). Video editing skills are highly desirable but not mandatory.
