Job Title: Senior Real Estate Project Coordinator

At our organization, we require a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee project progress. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate construction and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project milestones and timelines for timely execution.
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate project data for comprehensive reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to validate project information accuracy.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, reports, and technical specifications.
  • Update the project monitoring database for accurate data access.
  • Support investment report preparation and due diligence documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather accurate project information.
  • Prepare presentations and facilitate clear communication to identify potential issues.
  • Assist in identifying project-related risks and flag deviations from agreed terms or timelines.
  • Participate in risk assessment processes and track mitigation actions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum B. Tech-Civil engineering qualification.
  • Post Graduation in Construction management preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in real estate construction.

Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint required.
