Job Summary: a. Recording purchase, expense, and sales transactions. b. Vendor coordination and management. c. Monthly compliance booking and payments (GST, TDS, etc.). d. Handling and resolving audit queries. e. Payroll processing and salary disbursement support. f. Preparation of monthly cash flow statements. g. Preparing purchase orders (PO), proforma invoices (PI), and customer invoicing. Key Responsibilities: a. Record daily purchase, sales, and expense transactions. b. Maintain ledgers, reconciliations, and Tally/ERP entries. c. Manage vendor payments, POs, PI, invoicing, and confirmations. d. Prepare monthly cash flow and fund flow statements. e. Handle GST, TDS filing, and statutory compliance. f. Support payroll processing and HR-related financial activities. g. Assist in internal/external audits and documentation readiness. h. Coordinate with procurement, HR, and operations for financial tasks Essential Qualifications & Skills: a. B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance, Accounting, or related field); CA Inter/CMA Inter preferred. b. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. c. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills. d. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. e. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. f. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Work Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry). Salary: The salary is negotiable and is at par with industry standards. Place of work: Mainly Rabale, Navi Mumbai can include outside work and visits.
