
Accounts and Administration Officer

**Accounting tasks**: Processing bills, invoices, and payments, recording financial transactions, and preparing financial statements
- **Administrative tasks**: Maintaining files, updating accounts databases, and scheduling appointments
- **Communication**: Communicating with clients and other staff to understand financial needs and report information
- **Record keeping**: Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies
- **Reconciliation**: Reconciling accounts payable transactions and performing bank reconciliations
- **Vendor management**: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors
- **Expense reports**: Reviewing and processing employee expense reports
- **Budgeting**: Controlling the overall budget credit and erasing any outstanding dues
- **Reporting**: Reporting to the accounts officer on the outcome of work and deficiencies
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
