Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing campaigns and optimizing them to achieve specific performance objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that increase brand visibility, user engagement, and drive conversions.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Adwords &Meta Campaign
  2. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  3. Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for paid search campaigns and SEO optimization.
  4. Ad Copy and Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
  5. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  6. A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
  7. Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  8. Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 B.Tech college or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a performance marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and targets.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
