Position: Technical Implementation ManagerJob Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Implementation Manager with a strongbackground in SAAS (Software as a Service) to join our team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for leading the implementation of our SAAS products, ensuring seamlessintegration with client systems, and providing technical expertise throughout the process.This role requires a combination of technical acumen, project management skills, andclient-facing communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:-Lead Implementation Projects: Manage end-to-end implementation of SAAS solutions,ensuring timely delivery and successful integration with client environments.- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.- Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the implementation process, troubleshooting issues, and providing best practices for optimal useof the software.- Project Management: Develop project plans, manage resources, and coordinate withcross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of implementation projects.- Customizations and Integrations: Collaborate with development teams to customize and integrate the SAAS product with other systems as needed, ensuring compatibility andfunctionality.- Training and Support: Provide training to clients on product features and functionalities,and offer ongoing support during and after the implementation phase.- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed implementation documentation, includingproject plans, technical specifications, and client communication records. - Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areasfor improvement in the implementation process and product offerings.

Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAAS implementation or a relatedtechnical role.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAAS platforms, APIs, and cloud technologies. Experiencewith integration tools and scripting languages is a plus.- Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience using tools likeJira, Asana, or Trello.- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability toexplain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on deliveringsolutions that meet client needs.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield, or equivalent experience.- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus but not required.
