Our platform has helped global companies across various industries improve their contact centre processes.For more information, visit Description:Convin is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with senior product managers to support the development and launch of innovative AI-driven products. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the end-to-end product lifecycle and making a meaningful impact on our product offerings.Roles and Responsibilities:Product Development Support:

Assist in the development and execution of product strategies, including conducting market research and gathering user feedback.Roadmap Management:

Help maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to support product development and go-to-market efforts.Data Analysis:

Analyse user data and product metrics to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions.Customer Engagement:

Participate in user interviews and gather feedback to ensure our products meet customer expectations.Documentation:

Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and release notes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.At least 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.Passion for technology and a strong interest in AI-driven products.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.What Makes This Role a Perfect Opportunity?Hands-On Learning:
