
Client Coordinator – Corporate Merchandise

Business Development Executive
You will be responsible for coordinating enquiries and orders with customers for the entire range of merchandise products that our company represents.
This will involve the following activities:
· Understanding the customer requirement of merchandise in terms of budget, quantity and delivery timeline
· Sending presentation with options appropriate with prices and delivery schedule
· Sharing branding options after products are finalized in coordination with design desk
· Understanding branding requirements of clients in consultation with design team
· Sending final estimates, proforma invoices and commercial terms
· Placing orders with the internal team
· Supervising the packaging and dispatch with the logistics team and the administration team as per client instructions
· Coordinating with accounts for invoicing
· Follow up with customers on invoices
· Address any complaints, any issues with customers on product, delivery etc
· e mailing new products, campaigns for sales promotion and lead generation
· develop a sound understanding of different types of merchandise and branding techniques to advise a client on merchandising solutions
You would be reporting to the Director of the company who leads the marketing and sales for the company.
Experience in b to b selling to b , event management
CTC Fixed pa plus variable commission
