Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and product management to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide actionable insights for service improvement.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Implement customer retention strategies to boost loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Generate reports and analyse customer data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback
