Responsibilities:

·We are developing and implementing a comprehensive Martech strategy, including selecting, integrating, and optimising marketing automation, analytics, and data visualisation tools.

·Champion a data-driven culture within the agency, fostering collaboration between teams and departments to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.

·Manage and develop a team of Martech & Analytics professionals, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

·Stay up-to-date on the latest martech trends and innovations, identifying and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance agency capabilities.

·Partner with other agency leaders to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results for clients.

·Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards and metrics frameworks to track campaign performance and inform strategic decision-making.

·Conduct regular data analysis to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for client growth.

·Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all marketing platforms.

·Contribute to new business development efforts by showcasing the agency's martech expertise and data-driven approach.

Qualifications:

·12+ years of experience in marketing technology and analytics, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced agency environment.

·We have demonstrated expertise in leading and managing Martech implementations, including selecting, integrating, and optimising various platforms.

·Strong understanding of data analytics principles, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

·Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

·Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a team of talented professionals.

·Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex challenges.

·Proficiency in various data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google BigQuery, , Google Tag Manager).

·Experience working with marketing automation platforms (MoEnagage, Clevertap, etc.)

·Marketing industry and a strong desire to stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and technologies.
