Role Overview -

In the Martech Consulting function, we specialize in leveraging the latest tools and platforms to drive client success in their marketing endeavors. As an Associate Director, Martech Consulting, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, guiding them in implementing and optimizing Martech solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Working closely with the Head of Martech Consulting, your role will involve a combination of strategic consultancy, technical expertise, and project management skills. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their marketing goals, assess their existing Martech stack, and recommend solutions to enhance their marketing performance.

Responsibilities of the role:

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their marketing objectives, challenges, and existing Martech infrastructure.

·

Martech Audit: Help conduct detailed audit of the client’s existing Martech stack to identify opportunities and create a roadmap for optimization of the stack.

·

Martech Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive Martech strategies aligned with clients' business goals, including recommendations on platforms, tools, and workflows.

·

Platform Implementation: Lead the implementation of Martech solutions, including configuring and integrating platforms such as CDP, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, etc.

·

Customization and Configuration: Customize Martech platforms to meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

·

Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training sessions and workshops to client teams to ensure they can effectively utilize Martech tools and maximize their value.

·

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of Martech initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

·

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the Martech landscape, incorporating emerging technologies and best practices into client solutions.

·

Project Management: Effectively manage Martech projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met within budget.

Requirements

What you will need:

·

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

·

Proven experience (10+ years) in Martech consulting, digital marketing, or related roles.

·

In-depth knowledge of Martech platforms and tools such as CDP systems( Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Treasure Data etc.), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation (e.g., Webengage, Netcore, Moengage, Salesforce, Adobe Journey Optimizer), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), etc.

·

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

·

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·

Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.

·

Certification in relevant Martech platforms/tools is a plus.

·

Understanding of Adtech platforms – Google Ads, Facebook, DSPs (Dv360, TTD, Adobe, Xandr, Amazon), DMPs (Salesforce), Adservers (DCM, Sizmek), BAV platforms (IAS, DoubleVerify, Channel Factory) is a plus
