Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Visual Designer with 2-4 years of experience in creating compelling designs and creatives, particularly within the SaaS industry. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, work closely with cross-functional teams, and produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design & Illustration: Create stunning graphics, illustrations, and animations for various marketing channels, ensuring they align with our brand's voice and goals.
  • Video Production & Editing: Produce engaging videos and images, including editing footage, and adding animations, audio, and effects. Optimize content for various platforms, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, and Leadership to strategize and implement visual designs that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that our visual content remains innovative and relevant.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback, refining designs to achieve the desired quality and impact.
  • Brand Development: Contribute to the design team's brand by creating collaterals for various channels, helping to attract great talent and maintain a strong visual identity.
  • User-Centered Design: Engage in continuous testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop marketing materials such as pitch decks for customers, investors, and partners, ensuring consistency across all visual assets.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and thought processes effectively.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the SaaS industry.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other relevant design tools.
  • Time Zone: Ability to work within CST time zones, collaborating effectively with a remote team.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong ability to generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring all designs are pixel-perfect and align with brand guidelines.
  • Proactive Attitude: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
