Purpose of the Role: To manage and grow key client relationships, driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic account management. 


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted representative for Hirschvogel, fostering strong relationships with key customers to drive profitability.
  • Build a robust pipeline by identifying and securing new business opportunities with existing customers and expanding outreach to OEMs.
  • Utilize market insights to develop and implement effective sales and product strategies.
  • Enhance brand recognition by promoting Hirschvogel’s strengths to key stakeholders through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and timely responses to customer needs.
  • Maintain rigorous sales operations, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with customer expectations on deliveries and support.
  • Leverage knowledge of SAP SD module, CRM, ERP, and other relevant tools to enhance sales processes.
  • Manage receivables to maintain outstanding balances within targeted limits, contributing to working capital.
  • Coordinate effectively with Hirschvogel’s global teams to align local strategies with global objectives.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, HR, and SCM to drive results.
  • Demonstrate learning agility to adapt to evolving market conditions and organizational needs. 


Requirements of profile:

  • Education / Qualification: DME or BE in mechanical engineering
  • Number of years of past work experience: Minimum 7 years’ of relevant sales experience
  • Desired skills: Good communication and soft skills Basic knowledge of the industry
