Job Overview:

Join our team as an Email Marketing Specialist where you'll spearhead the creation and execution of impactful email marketing campaigns, aimed at engaging and retaining our valued customer base. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around crafting campaign strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and fine-tuning approaches to enhance conversions and revenue.

Primary Duties:

Campaign Strategy and Implementation:

- Craft and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies tailored to our business objectives and diverse audience segments.- Customize email templates to suit specific campaign requirements.- Utilize marketing automation platform to schedule and launch email/SMS/Push campaigns.- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

Audience Segmentation and Personalization:

- Segment audience lists based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences, ensuring personalized content delivery.- Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine email elements like subject lines, CTAs, and content layout.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators to gauge campaign effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.- Stay abreast of industry trends and email marketing best practices, integrating new insights into campaign strategies.

Compliance and Deliverability:

- Uphold compliance with email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR, prioritizing data privacy and consent management.- Monitor email deliverability and inbox placement rates, promptly addressing any issues affecting delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in email/digital marketing.- Proficiency in marketing automation platform- Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and email design principles.
