Write sharp JDs, define scorecards, source A players, run structured interviews, close candidates, and own onboarding. Maintain a hot bench of creators, editors, PMs, and operators.- Founder leverage: Guard the calendar, protect deep work blocks, and remove admin friction fast. That includes errands, bookings, vendor follow ups, paperwork, and office ops. Your job is to keep the founder’s bandwidth free for strategy, sales, and relationships.- Sales: Research the right people to reach out to. Understand their world and spot buying signals early. Draft the perfect emails and DMs that feel personal, sharp, and impossible to ignore. Experiment with new outreach angles, formats, and entry points.
