About AnakinAnakin is a growth-stage Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) startup building real-time Pricing & Competitive Intelligence platforms for large enterprises. We operate in complex, data-heavy environments where execution quality, speed, and clarity of thinking is critical. We're hiring for the Founder's Office - people who are structured, and deeply outcome-driven.The Role (Why this is different)This is not a "strategy-only" role. This role is combination of execution and hands-on operator where you will:- Pick up any mission-critical project (primarily GTM-related)- Break ambiguity into structure- Execute relentlessly- Own outcomes end-to-endYou will work directly with the Founder/CEO/Function Heads, operate across Sales, Marketing, Growth, Ops, Product, and People, and be accountable for results - not activity. If you like ownership, rigour, and shipping work that moves the needle, this role is for you.What You'll Own1. Mission-Critical Execution (Core)- Take ownership of high-priority, high-impact projects, largely across GTM functions (Sales, Growth, Partnerships, Revenue Ops).- Convert loosely defined problems into clear plans, owners, milestones, and outcomes.- Drive execution personally - just not by delegating- Be measured on output and business impact, just not effort.2. Founder's Office Operations- Act as an execution extension of the Founder/Function Head.- Cut through noise, bring structure, and ensure follow-through.- Track priorities, unblock decisions, and ensure important things actually get done.- Step in wherever required - there are no fixed lanes.3. Cross-Functional Program Ownership- Run cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops, and People.- Hold teams accountable to timelines and outcomes while being easy to work with.- Ensure projects move from idea - execution - measurable results.4. GTM & Business Rigor- Work on GTM problem statements: funnel efficiency, pricing motions, sales productivity, customer segmentation, expansion plays.- Bring structure and rigor to how GTM decisions are made and executed.- Build simple but powerful operating dashboards (MIS) - no vanity metrics.5. Data, Metrics & Reviews- Own weekly/monthly MIS for leadership.- Turn data into clear insights and decisions, not reports.- Create cadence around reviews, follow-ups, and accountability.What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)1. You Are a Strong Operator- You execute extremely well- You're comfortable being dropped into ambiguous situations and figuring things out.- You finish what you start.2. You Are Structured & Rigorous- You like clarity, frameworks, and disciplined execution.- You bring order to chaos without over-engineering.- You think in priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes.3. You Are Outcome-Driven- You measure success in results, not just effort.- You push until impact is visible.- You don't wait to be told what to do.Experience & Background- Experience in startups (Founder's office or Chief of Staff), consulting, growth teams, or operating roles is a plus.- Strong comfort with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and first-principles problem solving.
