This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that offers a front-row seat to shaping the company's strategy and execution alongside the founding team.Key Responsibilities:- Partner directly with the founder/ leadership team to drive high-priority strategic initiatives and solve complex business problems across functions.- Structure, analyse, and execute strategic projects with a mix of consulting rigor and operator mindset.- Support in fundraising, investor relations, board-level communication, and preparation of key strategic documents wherever needed- Act as a force multiplier for the leadership team - ensuring alignment, tracking priorities, and proactively identifying risks/opportunities.- Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure execution excellence on critical projects.- Bring clarity in ambiguity, prioritize and communicate effectively, and act as the go-to person for new strategic projects.What you'll need:- Experience: 7+ yrs overall, with preference for foundations in consulting or proven success in a Founder's Office role or a previous entrepreneurial stint/ operator role.- Ownership Mindset: High bias for action, resilience, and comfort with taking end-to-end ownership.- Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to break down ambiguous problems, structure hypotheses, conduct market research and crystalise into meaningful and actionable outputs for the team to action- Execution Excellence: Demonstrated track record of delivering results in ambiguous yet fast-moving environments.- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, adept at simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
