This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to work directly with the Founder and senior leadership on strategic planning, business operations, financial analysis, and special projects. The position demands a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing internal processes, and supporting decision-making at the leadership level.Key Responsibilities• Support the Founder in strategic planning, business reviews, and execution of growth initiatives.• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial analysis to generate actionable insights.• Track key business metrics, prepare dashboards, and assist in data-driven decision-making.• Draft investor presentations, board decks, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across teams for timely execution.• Provide analytical and operational support for fundraising, partnerships, and M&A-related, activities.• Manage special assignments involving financial modeling, budgeting, and business process improvement.Required Skills & CompetenciesMust-Have:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.• High degree of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail.• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
