Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive - Hospital is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth for the hospital. They will work closely with the hospital's leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the hospital's revenue streams and increase its market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and increase market share.

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the hospital's services, programs, and facilities.

• Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other potential partners to grow the hospital's referral network.

• Collaborate with the hospital's marketing team to develop promotional materials and outreach campaigns that increase awareness of the hospital's services.

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.

• Track and report on key performance indicators to monitor progress toward business development goals.

• Manage relationships with existing hospital partners and referral sources to ensure continued growth.

• Participate in industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on healthcare trends and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in a hospital setting.

• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and market dynamics.

• Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform business decisions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
