About Function:
Bizongo FinNext is a pioneering platform that connects businesses seeking financing solutions with a network of Financial institutions (FIs) including Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). Our innovative approach facilitates seamless access to a wide range of loan products tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Specialist Sales Representative to join our team and drive our platform's growth by attracting businesses and facilitating loan requests to our network of NBFCs.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Specialist Sales Representative for our financing products platform (including business and machinery loans), you will play a pivotal role in attracting businesses to our platform and facilitating the loan request process. Leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge, you will engage with businesses, understand their financing needs, and guide them through the loan application process on our platform. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented approach, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform to potential clients.
- Looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development professional for Bizongo’s lending products including Business loans and Machinery loans
- Actively prospect and onboard businesses onto our platform seeking financing solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financing requirements and recommend suitable loan products available through our network of NBFCs
- Develop and possess sound understanding of Bizongo's internal platforms
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell lending products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan requests, and platform usage using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
What will make you a great candidate :
Master's degree in Business Administration (Sales / Marketing / Operations / Finance) or relevant field 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on business lending or commercial banking Excellent data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets) Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to listen and active problem solving skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast paced environment
