Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, strategising digital campaigns, and driving the successful execution of projects to meet client objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a knack for fostering long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs promptly.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to foster trust and drive client retention.
Understand client goals and develop customised digital marketing strategies to achieve measurable results.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute campaigns across various digital channels (social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
Monitor performance metrics, analyse results, and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and improvement areas.
Proactively recommend data-driven strategies to enhance campaign outcomes.
Benchmark performance against industry standards and competitors.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Digital Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency or in-house team.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, content marketing, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
