& KSA have an opening for a full time #Business Development Manager to be based in Bengaluru, India.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in Luxury Retail Shop Fixtures

• Build and maintain relationships with Brands & Retailers.

• Will involve in negotiations and finalization of contracts to ensure favorable terms

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from business development to project execution and its completion

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility

• Identify opportunities for market expansion, including regional and international markets

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategy

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring that client expectations are met and projects are aligned with business objectives

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration or Architecture

• 5-8 years of experience in business development and sales, with at least 4 years experience in Retail Furniture Industry

• Proven track record of generating and securing new business opportunities

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently

• Industry Connects with Luxury Brands & International Project Management Firms
