Convogenie Technologies is building a SAAS product that takes business conversations to a next level and thus helping businesses to nurture and convert normal conversations to Business leads and then to Business Appointments.


Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Familiarizing yourself with all Features and offers of the product.
  • Developing and executing sales plan to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and contacts.
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
  • Collaborating with Management on sales goals.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Relationship Manager at Convogenie Technologies Pvt Ltd located in Bengaluru. The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, understanding client needs and providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and achieving business goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving targets in SAAS platform


Experience: Minimum 1+ Year in Sales / Service of SAAS platform is preferred.


Qualification

  • B. Tech in CS or Equivalent + MBA in Sales & Marketing
