We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Account Delivery Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the broking or distribution industry. A strong understanding of mutual funds (MF) is highly desirable. This role requires excellent client relationship management skills, a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.Business Development:Identify new opportunities within the existing client base.Collaborate with sales teams to drive growth in revenue and client portfolio.Operational Excellence:Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes and resolving client issues promptly.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.Market Expertise:Stay updated on financial market trends, especially in mutual funds and distribution.Provide clients with insights and recommendations tailored to their investment goals.Project Coordination:Lead and coordinate projects related to client accounts, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.Liaise between departments to align on project goals and deliverables.Monitor progress, address challenges, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in account management, with a preference for candidates from broking or distribution backgrounds.Knowledge of mutual funds and related investment products.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet or exceed sales targets.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.What We Offer
